An experienced real estate executive, Cheskie Weisz leads CW Realty Management, LLC (a Brooklyn, New York-based real estate investment and management firm) as founder and CEO. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in his local market, Cheskie Weisz is responsible for the company’s acquisitions, operations, and long-term strategy. He also serves as a senior partner at Ranco Capital, where he contributes to various ground-up and rehabilitation projects across the city.
Mr. Weisz has been involved in major developments, including 187 Kent Avenue, 251 Front Street, 3119 37th Street, 280 Meeker Avenue, and 1499 Bedford Avenue. His work includes closing, renovating, and refinancing dozens of properties throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. He collaborates regularly with architects, engineers, and contractors to identify and manage investments in both established and transitional neighborhoods.
Mr. Weisz is also a passionate philanthropist. Known for his generous spirit, he often invites guests into his home to share meals and companionship.
